Lesley Talbot - Nurse - Diamond Dental Clinic Cookstown

Lesley Talbot

With over 12 years experience as a dental nurse, Lesley has been Head Nurse in Diamond Dental Clinic since opening in 2009. Gaining her NEBDN qualification in 2005; followed by her Oral Health Education qualification in 2009, Lesley also has the role of Infection Control Lead within the practice.

Always cheerful and with her helpful approach, Lesley enjoys interacting with the public and helping patients, especially anxious and nervous patients grow in confidence with each visit to the practice.

Samantha Steele - Nurse - Diamond Dental Clinic Cookstown

Samantha Steele

Samantha has over 19 years worth of experience as a dental nurse, joining the team at Diamond Dental Clinic in 2009. She gained her NEBDN qualification in 2004. As a local to the Cookstown area, Samantha has built up a strong affiliation with patients and is always a familiar welcoming face. As well as carrying out her daily nursing duties, Samantha also helps to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Nikki Glendinning - Nurse - Diamond Dental Clinic Cookstown

Nikki Glendinning

Nikki is an original member of the Diamond Dental Clinic team, joining in 2009, the same year the practice opened. She gained her NEBDN Qualification in 2010. A committed member of the team, Nikki is currently studying for her Oral Health Education qualification and looks forward to the opportunities and experiences it will not only present for herself but also to the practice. Always a smiling figure within the practice, Nikki is motivated to ensure all patients feel welcome and happy with their treatments within the practice.

Caoimhe Shaw - Nurse - Diamond Dental Clinic Cookstown

Caoimhe Shaw

Caoimhe joined the team at Diamond Dental Clinic in 2015, after working within the media industry for several years. Graduating in 2012 from the University of Ulster Coleraine with a degree in Journalism with History; she takes the reins of the media aspects of the Practice, producing press releases and running our website and social media pages. She gained her NEBDN qualification in early 2017.

Aine McNally - Nurse - Diamond Dental Clinic Cookstown

Áine McNally

Áine joined Diamond Dental Clinic in June 2015. Having previously worked as a medical receptionist she is used to a clinical setting and dealing with the public in a professional manner. She gained her NEBDN diploma in 2017.

Shauna Bates

Shauna joined Diamond Dental Clinic in November 2016. With many years of experience in the retail industry, she has developed great interpersonal skills, which she brings to the practice. Shauna has always had a keen interest in dental nursing and looks forward to starting her diploma in September.

Sinéad Hughes

Sinéad joined Diamond Dental Clinic in October 2017.
After gaining her NEBDN qualification in 2012, she moved to London in 2013, where she worked for 4 years, furthering herself in dentistry, becoming a dual site practice manager.
Since moving back home, Sinéad worked at Oldtown Dental practice, before joining the team at Diamond Dental Clinic.
She has versatility, working both as a dental nurse and as a receptionist within the practice and is excited to further herself now within Diamond Dental Clinic.

Claudia McClung

Claudia joined Diamond Dental Practice in October 2017. She gained her NEBDN Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2012, and continued her study to gain further certified qualifications in Education and Training, Business Leadership and Management, and Emergency Paediatric First Aid.
In August 2016, Claudia demonstrated her passion for her job, when she travelled to Cambodia to provide emergency dental relief to children and adults in areas such as in the slums, orphanages and remote villages. She hopes to repeat this work in another country in the future.
Now, she enjoys being part of the Diamond Dental Clinic team and is also a lecturer at Southern Regional College, where she teaches the NEBDN Diploma in Dental Nursing.

Nicola Millar

Nicola joined Diamond Dental Clinic in October 2017. Working as a dental nurse for three years previously, Nicola gained her NEBDN qualification in early 2017. She is passionate about interacting with patients and making them feel comfortable within the dental practice, helping alleviate any fears they may have.
