Child’s Play at Diamond Dental Clinic

Childhood habits often last a lifetime. At Diamond Dental Clinic we focus on forming good oral health habits from an early age. That’s why on Saturday March 1st we opened our doors for a Kid’s “Healthy Teeth” morning, with the aim of engaging with children of primary school age. Balloons, goodie bags, children’s cinema screen, face painting and dental experiments entertained and educated lots of young visitors and their parents. Liam Diamond, principal dentist at Diamond Dental Clinic, believes making visits fun gives children a positive relationship with teeth and dentistry. Speaking about the event, he said, “The best method we have of building healthy habits for young patients is to deliver our messages in a way they can relate to. When children have a fun visit it helps generate trust and they are more likely to want to return. We could even go as far as saying our younger patients look forward to their visits!”
